Boxing Training

The boxing classes take place twice per week and focus on a mixture of Boxing techniques and fitness drills. During the class you will use a variety of punchbags followed by focus pad technique work. Each session will be different from the last ensuring you receive a good cardiovascular workout whilst honing your personal boxing techniques. Classes are made up of men and women of all ages and abilities, a great stress relief and change of pace from your normal weekly routine.
