Kettle Bells

If you like to attend fitness classes and want a real challenge then Kettlebells is most definitely for you. Using the kettlebells provided, select your weight and follow the instructor through a routine of up to 35 exercises in the 45 minute class. As with all the classes available, this is an ideal class for beginners and advanced participants. Newer members will use a lighter kettlebell until they are comfortable to progress.

Fast paced music and great energy go hand in hand during this session, with no set beat to follow the aim is to complete as many repetitions of the set exercise given in the allotted time. A great all over body workout that won’t fail to deliver.
