Spinning is one of the most popular and long standing fitness classes in the industry and there is good reason as to why. A fast, fun and effective workout to music which get your legs and heart pumping.

Our instructor will take you through short flat sprints and longer slower hill climbs whilst incorporating upper body exercises along the way! This class is great for beginners and more advanced participants, the class is set to music so the pace is in place for you but the resistance is set by the individual.
