Max Cranage is highly experienced in Sport Specific training for sports teams and individuals. Personal Training for your specific sport can drastically improve your performance and make a positive impact on your athletic ability.
If you are not a sports person and just require guidance and safe, effective training then Max can help you. Your sessions will be well structured ensuring efficient use of the time you use during training. Each session and course is tailored to you and your goals.
Max Cranage’s personal training unit boasts a top of the range boxing training area with a variety of punchbags and reflex balls. A wide range of free-weight and isolated weight training equipment is also available to use alongside the olympic weight training equipment. A newly fitted 15 meter astro-turf track is now in place which is perfect for speed and agility training. The PT Unit works on an appointment only basis and is not open for general walk ins. There are membership options available if you wish to attend multiple classes per week which have set times. Personal Training is all by prior appointment.
