Jack Ailsby-Fish is currently in his final year of studying BSc Strength and Conditioning at the University of St Mark & St John. After completing a FdSc in Sports Therapy, Jack aspired to progress the field of Strength and Conditioning, applying his movement and injury knowledge to the gym.
During his first two years of Sports Therapy, Jack was handpicked from a selection of students to provide pre and post treatment for the Exeter Chiefs throughout the course of the season; he has also provided his services voluntarily to help rehabilitate and provide progressive strength and conditioning for the Rugby players at Exmouth Rugby Football Club.
Although much of his experience has come from working with rugby players, Jack continues his dedication for swimming, as an ex-county competitor, combining his passion and knowledge of programming to provide a masters swimming session. This is for adults ranging from those who compete in the sport and train for triathlons, to individuals who attend just for general fitness.
