Max Cranage is a Personal Trainer who specialises in Strength & Conditioning for competitive boxers and high performance athletes. Max is experienced in training individuals from a wide range of sporting backgrounds and has trained people for events such as the John o’groats to land end cycle and the Ironman endurance event. Chard RFC contacted Max to prepare their 1st and 2nd teams during the summer pre season training period which was a great success over 8 weeks each time, Chard’s 1st team were promoted at the end of their first season.
Over the course of Max’s career so far he has trained and prepared a number of successful sporting individuals including x2 Western Counties Amatuer Boxing Champion Dean Dodge which put him in line to deliver a 12 week strength & conditioning camp to local Professional Boxer Justin Hicks. With a portfolio of clients competing in sports such as Rugby, Polo, Triathlons, Quadrathlons and Boxing, Max is sure to deliver the desired outcome for any persons regardless of their sporting field.
Max is currently a sponsor of Crewkerne RFC and helps co-ordinate the summer Pre-season and In-season strength & conditioning. Although the majority of Max’s experience stems from training those competing in sports, Max is still a good choice for those looking to work toward general fitness.
